The Xmas Raffle and Bingo will be held in the clubhouse on Saturday 14th December commencing at 7:30 pm. The first prize is £100 and there are many other prizes to be won. Come along and share the excitement as the numbers are drawn

Open Day

Our Open Day, in conjunction with the Bowls Development Alliance, took place on June 9th and we were pleased to welcome numerous visitors and introduce them to the sport of lawn bowls. We hope they will join us again on Wednesday evenings for our club ‘roll-up’ night.

Taffy Trophy

A fine day on August 4th brought out 18 of the club members on President’s Day to contest the Taffy Trophy. After each member had played 8 matches in their pool the winners of the two pools (Matt Harris and Paul Osborne) contested the final which was won by Matt Harris. Congratulations go to Matt and thanks to everyone who took part in the enjoyable day.

Entwisle Trophy

The tussle for the Entwisle Trophy continued again on July 17th when the second leg was played at North Kilworth. Although North lost the second leg by 3 shots the lead of 4 shots carried over from the first leg at South Kilworth meant that we retained the trophy. Congratulations to everyone who played.
