We did it!!! Our SLTL 'A' team won the Partridge Cup in a very tight match held at Kibworth. What a fantastic season this has been for the club. Congratulations to all those who took part through the season.

The Taffy Trophy on 28th June was played in faultless conditions. After the preliminary rounds and semi finals had been played the final was contested between Paul Hibberd & Ian Smith. Going into the last end the match was evenly poised but Ian scored two on the last end to run out as the winner of the first trophy final of the season.for 2026.
We are holding a Bingo night, open to all, at 7:30 pm on Friday 11th & Friday 25th September commencing at 7:20 pm and also Wednesday 30th September commencing at 2:00 pm. The bar will be open and food will be available. Saturday bingo will be recommencing during October after the end of the 2026 bowling season.
The Club Tote restarted from the beginning of April 2026. The cost remains at £1 per entry per week. This is an important fund-raising activity for the club and, if we did not run it, the annual subscription would have to increase by over £20 per member. There are still numbers available so we therefore ask anyone who has not yet joined to pick your number and get in touch with Hazel. As before, to reduce the administration, we ask that participants pay a minimum of 13 weeks in advance. The winner will be whoever has the number corresponding to the ‘bonus ball number’ in the Saturday National Lottery Draw. In the event that no member has the winning number (or they are in arrears with their payments) then the prize will be rolled on to the following week. The income from the Tote will be shared 50:50 between the winners and the club.
